Common questions
International companies exploring an India presence, investors assessing policy and regulatory context, and established businesses navigating expansion, stakeholder engagement or corporate affairs priorities.
Yes. An engagement can combine entry strategy, stakeholder planning and launch coordination. We first define the relevant workstreams, specialist requirements, responsibilities and deliverables. Legal, tax, incorporation or statutory work is assigned to appropriately qualified professionals.
We discuss your business model, India objectives, current stage, sector and immediate decisions. From there, we define the advisory scope, expected outputs and an appropriate engagement structure.
These are agreed after the scope, sector requirements, dependencies and specialist inputs are understood. No standard timeline or approval outcome is assumed.
Engagements can be structured to work alongside your internal teams and existing legal, tax, finance or operational advisers, with clear boundaries and coordination responsibilities agreed at the outset.
